Our warranty covers the following services

• Within 7 days of purchase, customers are eligible for returns, exchanges, or free repair services.
• Within 15 days of purchase, customers are eligible for exchanges or free repair services.
• Within 1 year of purchase, customers are eligible for free repair services (material costs excluded).

Warranty Coverage
During the warranty period, the following components of our electric ascenders are covered for specified faults:

• Main unit of the electric ascender.
• Remote control components:
  Mechanical structure failures are covered for up to 1 year of free repair service.
  Operational key failures are covered for up to 1 year of free repair service.
  Battery failures are covered for up to 1 year of free repair service.
  Remote control failures are covered for up to 1 year of free repair service.
  Surface defects are eligible for unconditional returns or exchanges within 7 days of purchase.

Exclusions from Warranty Coverage

• Unauthorized disassembly, repairs, or modifications, misuse, abuse, or damage from impacts.
• Use of non-specified accessories or parts, or alteration/removal of labels and anti-counterfeit marks.
• Warranty period expired.
• Faults not covered under the warranty scope.
• Damages caused by human factors.
• Damages caused by force majeure events.

• Operating temperature: Standard operating range is -20°C to 60°C, with an option to customize for -30°C to 60°C environments.
