Zhi Zhu Ren Technology has obtained an invention patent for the electric ascender (Patent No. CN202210096379) and multiple utility model patents. Our products are CE certified and have passed the rigorous quality testing by the Zhejiang Electromechanical Product Quality Testing Institute. The electric ascender is powered by a high-capacity ternary lithium battery (13Ah, 48V), capable of lifting 200 kg with a discharge rate of 25A. It offers continuous ascent for up to 30 minutes, covering a distance of 600 meters at a speed of 20 meters per minute, without consuming power during descent. While the battery is not replaceable, it can be recharged using a backup battery for extended operation.
Our equipment features a spring-loaded rope clamping mechanism, allowing compatibility with static ropes of 9-14mm in diameter. This breakthrough technology enables the device to adapt to multiple rope diameters, enhancing its versatility and application range.
The entire electric ascender undergoes low-temperature testing by being placed in an environment with temperatures as low as -30°C. Once the preset temperature is reached, the ascender is activated and inspected for normal operation, demonstrating its reliability in extreme conditions.
From material and component inspections upon entry to safety testing before product release, every step of the production process is overseen by professional technicians to ensure product quality.
Each component is manually inspected before storage.
Assembly technicians meticulously assemble and test each device. Semi-finished and finished products, along with their packaging, are stored in designated areas to maintain organization and quality control.
